These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Wedding Suite (the "Service"), a web-based tool for designing and downloading printable wedding invitation, RSVP, and details card suites. The Service is operated by Creativate Studios Oy, a company registered in Finland ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Wedding Suite lets you design a matching wedding invitation, RSVP, and details card using our browser-based editor, and — after payment — download a ZIP file containing print-ready PDF versions of your finished design. The editor itself is free to use; a one-time payment is required to receive the final, watermark-free download.
You retain all rights to the text you enter (names, dates, venue details, and similar wording). You're responsible for making sure the content you enter doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and is accurate. We don't claim any ownership over your invitation wording.
Design elements provided by the Service (fonts, decorative artwork, and layouts) remain the property of Creativate Studios Oy or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the finished, rendered PDF files for your own personal wedding stationery — printing, sharing digitally with guests, and similar personal use. It does not grant a license to extract, redistribute, or resell the underlying design elements, fonts, or artwork separately from your finished invitation.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who act as our Merchant of Record and reseller for this transaction. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT calculation. Your payment details are provided directly to Paddle and are never seen or stored by us. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction itself, in addition to these Terms.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creativate Studios Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including print quality issues from your own printer or print shop, or errors in content you entered yourself. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
